Return Policy

At Alea, we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer you the option to return your product if you change your mind.

If you wish to make a return, here are the applicable conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be intact, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or damaged product cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Alea Protection does not cover return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).

Refund:

  • Once the returned product has been inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return:

  • Email us at info@aleaprotection.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  • Once the package is received and verified, the refund will be processed.

 

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the carrier, it might also include the tracking information.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the shipping costs are considered too high.

Our warehouse and head office are located in the Greater Montreal Area, in Quebec. We ship our orders with different providers.

General shipping estimates are:

Standard: 3-6 business days
BC, AB, SK, MB and Remote Areas : 4-10 business days

We offer a flat shipping rate of 8$ almost anywhere* in Canada on all purchases.

Plus, we offer free shipping on orders of 40$ or more.

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We take great care to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. Before your order is shipped, our team conducts thorough quality checks to minimize the possibility of defects.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If this happens, we encourage you to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team with a description and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide guidance on how to proceed.

If your case is approved, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
